Ben previously held high-profile communications roles at the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus, Philadelphia Daily News, and the United Food and Commercial Workers. Most recently, he served as Director of Communications for Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner.

Emily Smith is a seasoned design professional with nearly a decade of experience in political campaigns and other types of strategic communications. Emily has worked on dozens of successful state and local political campaigns. She has also owned her own graphic design firm since 2003, working with nearly every imaginable client including small businesses, giant corporations, non-profits, and community organizations.

Tamir Harper is a social impact professional, with experience working with non-profits, advocacy organizations, and elected officials. Tamir is the lead on A. Waxman & Company’s PPE vending project. He’s also an education policy wonk who is passionate about saving public education. Tamir is the founded of UrbEd Inc. and has worked on numerous political campaigns, including Katie McGinty for U.S. Senate and Ben Waxman for State Representative.

Adam Waxman has 20 years of experience working with progressive organizations like The American Prospect, Planned Parenthood, and the Center for Responsible Lending. He specializes in strategic research, especially in the areas of legislative/political strategy and fundraising.

Arielle Cohen has over a decade of experience working as a strategic thinker and digitally savvy organizer, communicator, and media maker. Arielle has previously held roles with Bend The Arc: Jewish Action, Democratic Socialists of America, National Organization for Women, GetThru, One Pennsylvania. Most recently, serving as Director of Communications for the victorious Democratic Primary challenger Nikil Saval for PA State Senate. Arielle has dedicated her life to building a more just world– specifically, working to devise strategies towards economic, racial, and gender justice.
Norah Scheinman specializes in coordinating diverse teams while supervising and directing complex systems. She has spent the past 13 years collaborating with non-profits across the country on events and projects including: conferences, festivals, national tours, ballet, opera, and musicals as a Stage Manager. She currently serves as Vice Regional Representative of Philadelphia to the Stage Managers’ Association and is a proud member of both Actors’ Equity Association and the American Guild of Musical Artists.
